Me too, and it's an excellent game, 9/10 at least, as is the case with Trine 2:DC and Mighty Switch Force Hyper Drive.
It's very nice to see the Wii U eShop start with such a strong line up on Day One, Little inferno is also very unique and twisted game in its own way, I've downloaded it too.
Gorgeously beautiful game, gameplay is intense and addictive, I recommend everyone who got a Wii U to download this little gem.
Finally, reviews from people, WHO ACTUALLY PLAYED THE GAME, are coming out very positive. I advice anyone who can afford to play this game to NOT miss it, it's one of those unique games that come, perhaps, once every decade. Totally creepy, atmospheric and excellently executed game, oh and the GamePad integration is awesome.
This game's visuals are exceedingly beautiful, it makes me sometimes pause the game and just stare at the screen, or take a screenshot and post it to Miiverse while commenting on its beauty.
WHAT??! Although I do not completely endorse or like a score based review mentality, but this game is at least a 9/10 game, I have it, I played it and I finished it and it's extremely fun and addictive and it looks super gorgeous on TV and on GamePad.
Before disagreeing with me(which is totally fine BTW), please try to play the game yourself, believe me you'll like it and you'll disagree with EG review.
Happy to find someone writing about this, I've been saying to myself why am I the only one who noticed how impressive the browser on Wii U is and especially YouTube on that browser, both on the TV and the GamePad.
The games you mentioned had a big time gap for developers to improve on them, and they had the advantage of moving from non-HD to HD. But Wii U ports were done quickly to be released in time for the system's launch and to not fall back behind other versions released for Ps3-360 while those games had between 6-5 years of system, engine and coding experience to perfect on the other systems, and even with that results are good.
Then How do you explain lower frame rate for Zo...
Well, Mika, the Ps3 port of Zone of The Enders has WORSE FRAME RATE than the hundred years old PLAYSTATION 2.
AND the XBOX port of Metal Gear Solid 2 had worse FRAME RATE and overall graphic quality than the much weaker Ps2.
Kids those days, heh.
Definite Buy bro. especially if you love survival horror themes and zombie cinema and TV.
If this review was negative, it would've been approved in few minutes. Negativity and fanboyism, just pathetic.
This game is absolutely amazing. Visuals are breathtaking, gameplay is excellent and addictive and it looks incredibly gorgeous on the GamePad too, especially the visual effects and rich textures which I haven't seen anything like it on any other console-game yet. Where are the reviews for this gem of a game and for Mighty Switch Force! Hyper Drive, oh I forgot, most sites are only spewing negative press when it comes to Nintendo, just pathetic, forget all the fanboyism and enjoy games.
If that's true, genius, then how come that Ps3 with a "Superior" CPU always gets the worst looking and performing versions of CoD, hell, they have been working on the Ps3 for six years and still can't achieve 60 fps or get rid of that dizzying frame tearing.
In reality it's a very quickly done port to the Wii U with very respectable results like Zero torn frames and better texture resolution than the Ps3 version, also, don't forget that the Wii U is...
Very addictive and fun game, the art and visuals are amazing too. A must buy for any Wii U owner, as is the case with Nano Assault Neo, really can't recommend them highly enough.
I am using Miiverse daily since launch day, and I can say I am addicted to it, although I am not a huge fan of either Facebook or Twitter. But as MultiuConsoleGamer said, it's both Facebook and Twitter combined with Nintendo's fun style and not only you can type but you can write/draw, take an instant game screenshot and post, besides the community is clean, mature and helpful with guys posting some amazing fan art, you have to try Miiverse to fully appreciate its brilliance.
I have been a gamer for over 28 years, and I can say with certainty that Miiverse is the best social interactive app in the history of videogames, it's fun, helpful, fresh and above all addicting. I am having a blast using it and can't stop myself from accessing it mid-game to post something funny or helpful, typed or hand written/drawn, and continue to use it forgetting that I am in the middle of a game!!
Besides, Nano Assault Neo is AWESOME. I had to get that off my...
@ Violents: I know this, and I didn't say that Plus is a bad service espicially if you do NOT have a vast game collection already purchased, I was just expressing my amusement over the counter-common-sense disagrees Baylex got and how it reflects the rabid responses from Sony fanboys which plague this website.
Excellent news, Mr. Ancel is a master game developer.
I am exploring my Wii U right now and I can see how exciting brain storming and coming up with ideas to utilize the unique GamePad is and will be, and can easily see many uses especially benefiting the Zelda style, action adventure and RPG games through using the touch screen and dual screen setup for interfacing with puzzles, QTE and action sequences, which can also be said on the gyro for accurate movement and camera co...
Same here, I have all those games, besides, I already have PS3 Plus
LOLOLLOLLOLLOLOL on the disagrees Baylex got, he merely said HE will not get Plus FOR NOW, because he already HAVE those games, and some of you disagree-rs may not have Vita or PS3 Plus in the first place. Damn, those people just WORSHIP Sony !!
I believe that Wii U is two consoles in one as it is fully backwards compatible with Wii and all its peripherals including the excellently accurate "Plus" 1:1 motion control.
So, even fans of the Wii and its awesome motion control will still get their fix as strictly motion control only games or as an added method of control for more traditional games like FPS, RPG or action games, which they can still play with the GamePad or the Pro if they want, but this time wit...
Shadow Hearts 2 (Covenant) was one of the best, if not the best RPG I've ever played, Shadow Hearts 1 and 3 not far behind. I loved every aspect of the games from the unique, often weird characters to the historic references and twisted themes and locales as well as the exciting and fun combat system; the music in those games was also unforgettable and of a very high quality. Glad to see an article talking fondly about them at this time. This series needs to be brought back instead of mak...
